We provide Quantity Surveyor(BQ) who will do the total costing according to the architectural drawings We do get necessary NEMA approvals at your cost

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION

  1. Own a piece of land have a title deed or lease title-plot

  2. Get an architect to do a drawing for you and register with county government where construction is to take place and obtain approvals included or we can do that for you at a fee 

  3. Contract us for construction after the approvals

  4. We provide Quantity Surveyor(BQ) who will do the total costing according to the architectural drawings 

  5. We do get necessary NEMA approvals at your cost

  6. We then do an agreement for construction. The agreement includes the total construction figure the labour and our commission or retainer which is usually between 7%-10% (Done by a reputable lawyer or law firm)

  7. We register the project under NCA-National Construction Authority)

  8. After registration of the project then the actual construction begins which takes between 4-6 months

  9. Incase of use of affordable housing materials like EPS or Concrete precast and Makiga blocks, beams and blocks then the whole process takes 2-3 months
